With Version 5.5 we have introduced new features to help you serve your customers better. Here’s our Top 3

  • One-Click Customer Updates: When a customer calls it’s vital that you capture as much information about them as possible. Now you can edit a customer’s information virtually anywhere.
  • More Visibility into your Appointments: Information about appointments is now searchable. Would you like to see how many appointments were cancelled last month? No problem. You can also track information about a specific customer, allowing you to see how many times a customer had their appointment confirmed, for example.
  • Better Manage Customer Relationships: You’re now able to add internal notes to an appointment. For example, if you want to use standard fluids with Lube, Oil, Filter, just note it in the Dealership Notes and only internal personnel will see it.
